I cant view the e-brochures...
• You may need to install a java viewer. Click on the download now button, available on most pages in this site, to install the most up to date version from java.com
• Service pack 2 for windows maybe restricting access to java applications. you need to change your settings to allow virtualscarborough.co.uk to access java.
• If you have a firewall installed you may need to configure it to allow java applications.
• Your internet access maybe restricted by a corporate firewall or software. Contact your system administrator for further information.

The virtual images rotate very slow & stutter...

• The minimum PC spec we recommend for viewing the e-brochures is a 1ghz processor, 128mb ram & 16bit graphics. The minimum PC requirements are pentium II 200mhz processor, 64mb ram & 16bit graphics. The minimum MAC requirements are G3 200mhz processor & 64mb ram & 16 bit graphics.

How I navigate the virtual images in the e-brochures?
• Use the arrows in the navigation bar to rotate the images in any direction you like
• Alternatively, hold down your mouse button over the centre of a virtual image then move the image in any direction you like.
• For more information, each e-brochure has its own help file built in, giving you help & information relevant to that particular e-brochure. Click on the question mark in the navigation bar to view it.
